Clarksville Manor
Clarksville Manor Nursing Home offers a home-like setting with 24-hour nursing care for all 113 beds. There are special services available to residents with varying levels of disabilities, and these include pecialized nutrition care, pain management, dental services and wound care.
The facility also features resident activities, a full-service beauty salon and free cable television hookup. Occupational, speech and physical therapy, in addition to post-surgical recovery and rehabilitation, are available.

Dogwood Bend
Dogwood Bend of Clarksville Assisted Living has 25 rooms with private bathrooms; the facility was also recently renovated for a fresher, more modern look. It offers a variety of activities for residents, including entertainment, outings, games, and there is community dining.
Day care and respite care are available. Staff provide assistance with dressing and medication management. Daily activities are available to residents, and each room features a 24-hour call system for help. The facility is owned by Americare.

Fieldstone Place
Fieldstone Place Retirement Community is an assisted-and-independent-living center in Sango, with easy access to local churches, a Wal-Mart, and healthcare providers. The facility includes a clubhouse that features an art gallery, library, computer lab, fitness area, beauty salon, chapel and meditation room, movie theatre, craft room and a loft where games are played. There are separate dining rooms, one for independent living and one for assisted living.
The center includes a separate assisted-living wing and independent-living wing, with four floor plans for each. The assisted living floor plans range from small studio to a 1-bedroom apartment and the independent living ranges from a studio to a 2-bedroom apartment.

Grace Health Care Nursing and Rehab has 120 beds and offers both short-term rehabilitation care and long-term care.
Among the special services it offers, there is a beauty shop, along with extensive activities programming and therapeutic diets are also available. Activities include outside exercise, Wii and Playstation, games such as Bingo and Yahtzee, church-organized Bible studies, bowling, popcorn and coke movies, poem readings, a once-monthly birthday party, ice cream socials, karaoke, hand massage, and manicures. The facility is owned by Chattanooga-based Grace Health Care.

Palmyra Health Care Center is a 75-bed facility that provides skilled and intermediate care, with mostly long-term care and some short rehab stays. The facility offers semi-private and private rooms. The center also has comprehensive in-house therapy and restorative nursing care. There is an activities director who organizes daily programming.

Spring Meadows
Spring Meadows Health Care Center offers skilled and intermediate care, registered and licensed nurses, a registered dietitian and rehabilitation. There is 24-hour nursing care at the facility. It includes long-term care aimed at preserving social interaction. There is a formal dining room and a unit dining room, but some residents choose to have room service. There is a registered dietitian to asses residents' nutritional needs.

Walking Horse Meadows
Walking Horse Meadows offers 48 apartments for assisted living, with a special secured "memory care" unit for 20 Alzheimer's patients or those with dementia. There are schedule outings to take residents sightseeing and shopping, and the handicapped-accesible bus is also used to take residents to doctor's appointments. There are two different activities programs, with two separate directors. One program is designed for the assisted living residents. Another is geared toward the "memory care" residents; it is Montessori based and includes tasks that can be easily completed.
The facility is owned by Massachusetts-based Five-Star Quality Care. Licensed nurses offer a variety of therapy.
